Following the latest government advice about the closure of all non-essential venues until 2nd December, we’re very sad to announce that our live shows and livestreams will not be able to go ahead next week.
We’re really disappointed. We were all looking forward to welcoming audiences back to enjoy the buzz of experiencing live music together, but the safety of our musicians, audiences and staff is paramount.
While we’ve been able to reschedule three of the shows in the Festival line-up to next April, we’ve unfortunately had to cancel our shows with Alina Bzhezhinska Hip Harp Project and Tony Kofi 5tet.
The Box Office will be in touch with all ticket holders this week with details of refunds for the two cancelled shows and ticket transfers for the three rescheduled shows.
We’d like to thank all our amazing artists, our team and the incredible team at Hull Truck Theatre, who’ve all worked hard over the past few months to plan a safe return to live music. And heartfelt thanks to everyone who bought a ticket for one or more of the shows. While we can’t go ahead next week as planned, we’re very much looking forward to the day when we can all get together again to experience live music.
