Jazz Camp for Girls

Jazz Camp for Girls lets young musicians experience jazz and explore improvisation with expert tuition from professional musicians.

Participants will gain new skills and be inspired by learning about – and playing alongside – pioneering women in the jazz industry.

The camps are designed for musicians aged between 9-15 with no or little experience of improvising.

Students from approx Grade 1 standard and all instruments welcome.

This one-day course will take place at the Albemarle Music Centre, Hull.
