We’re delighted to announce a series of Spring/Summer shows as part of our year-round gigs programme, bringing some of the most exciting UK jazz talent to Hull.

Saturday 10th May sees the unmissable Eyes Shut Tight bring their unique blend of melodic compositions, fiery, expansive improvisation and engaging, enjoyable stage show to Hull Truck. Hailed as a beacon of originality on the UK Jazz scene, this show sees them supported by the Grappelli and Reinhardt-influenced Matthew Holborn Gypsy Jazz Mayhem. On Saturday 31st May, GoGo Penguin, hotly tipped as the rising stars of UK Jazz by the Times, will get Hull Truck jumping with their unique groove-heavy, highly lyrical acoustic-electronica sound.
